Bedrooms, drawn to disappear.

The best bedroom joinery does not introduce itself. It fits in flush to the eaves, runs continuous to the skirting, carries the cornice through, and leaves the room quieter than the room you had before.

Bedrooms & dressing rooms — drawn and built in-house.

Monifieth · Dundee · Angus

Our bedroom work is bespoke joinery. We do not sell a catalogue of wardrobe units. Every run is drawn to the room: the alcove dimensions, the ceiling line, the eaves, the coving, the floor level, and the sight-line from the bed. Carcasses are built on-site or in our workshop to the exact opening. Doors are made to match.

We deliver three kinds of bedroom work. The fitted wardrobe is a single alcove or a single wall run. The dressing room converts a third bedroom or lofted space into full walk-in storage with a bench and an island. The principal suite adds an en-suite and a fitted wardrobe run into one drawing, delivered in one programme.

Our in-house joinery means door fronts can be sprayed to any colour, ironmongery can be drawn to match the rest of the house, and lighting can be designed into the runs before the plasterer finishes the ceiling.

What we include

Scope & specification.

01

Fitted wardrobes

Alcove, wall-run or corner. Drawn to the exact opening. Internal fit-out: hanging, shelving, drawers, shoes, jewellery trays, tie racks. Sized to what you actually own.

02

Dressing rooms

Full walk-in rooms: perimeter joinery, bench, island, mirror, seating, lighting zoned for morning routines. Converted from a third bedroom, a loft, a connecting room, or drawn into a new extension.

03

Principal suites

Bedroom, dressing and en-suite drawn as one suite. Lighting, joinery and sanitaryware proportioned together. Usually the single biggest uplift a homeowner can make within an existing footprint.

04

Sprayed door fronts

In-house spray finishing. Doors arrive in primer; colour, sheen and edge detail are finished to your specification. Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Paint & Paper Library, or a matched bespoke.

05

Lighting designed in

Task, ambient and feature lighting drawn into the joinery runs before first fix. No surface-mounted afterthoughts, no exposed wires, no regret.

06

Ironmongery matched

Handles, pulls, knurls, knobs, hinges — drawn to match the wider house. Brass, nickel, bronze, black, knurled or smooth. Sample before order.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

Can you work with an existing bedroom layout or do you need to redraw the room?
Either. We can fit a run into an existing bedroom with no changes, or redraw the whole room to a principal suite. The spec and the programme adjust to scope.
How long for a fitted wardrobe run?
A single-wall run is typically one to two weeks on site once the joinery is built. A full dressing room is three to four weeks. Principal suites with an en-suite are six to eight weeks.
Do you make the doors yourselves?
Carcasses and shakerdoors are built in-house. High-gloss and veneered doors come in from specialist suppliers — we have trade accounts we trust and we fit ourselves.
Can you do a walk-in dressing room in a sloped loft?
Yes. In fact, lofted dressing rooms are some of the most effective use of awkward space we do. Under-eaves storage, dormer-lit mirror, low-level dresser bench — all drawn to the pitch.
